Applying IoT Technology to Develop Banana Slicer for Digital Banana Processing

The objectives of this research aims to 1) To study the development approach of a banana slicer prototype using IoT technology and 2) To develop a banana slicer prototype using IoT technology as an application of Internet of Things in agricultural product processing. This aims to promote the value-added processing of agricultural products, reduce labor costs, and enhance work safety. Additionally, an application will be developed on smartphones to manage and control the banana slicing machine. The research findings indicate that the banana slicing machine can reduce labor costs, increase production volume, and improve user safety. Furthermore, it promotes product processing in agriculture, leading to better income opportunities for farmers. These outcomes demonstrate the benefits and positive results derived from the application of IoTZ technology in the banana processing process, which helps elevate the production standards of agricultural products
