Self - tuning PD Temperature Controller Based on Air Fryer Model

Aiming at the constant temperature control problem of large inertia and large time delay system, a parameter self-tuning method is proposed in combination with practice. The temperature can be accurately and rapidly controlled through offline rough tuning and online real-time tuning. First, the system is approximated as a first-order inertial time-delay system, and the system model is obtained by using the step response method; Then, according to the characteristics of the model, the control quantity required for the system to stabilize at the target temperature is known in advance through the gain coefficient K of the system, so that the integral term deformation is treated as a separate component, and on this basis, the initial PD parameters are fitted through linear regression. After the initial parameters are adjusted, a self-designed fuzzy PD controller is added for real-time parameter tuning to further enhance the adaptability of the control algorithm and optimize the control effect. Finally, our method is effective in the actual test.
