Ontology Formation of Support System for Restoration of Buildings, Property and Infrastructure Objects

The work is aimed at fulfilling set of tasks that arose on the territory of Ukraine as result of large-scale destruction caused by the armed aggression of russian federation. The functioning of computerized support system for prose’s restoration of buildings, property and infrastructure objects, which is being developed for wide range of users, is described. The structure of the ontology creation system and fragment of the table with data from which knowledge is extracted are given. Data for such ontology concepts as “expert”, opinion “damage” and “weapon type” has been formalized. It has proposed to use fuzzy associative rules to modeling the production activity of experts into process of formation conclusions about the influence of specific weapons types on the occurrence and development of specific types of destruction/damage. The perspective of using the methodology for the generation of effective building objects using information modeling of buildings and composite design of complex aggregate systems that will be restored on destroyed territories is shown.
