Electric Vehicle Designing, Modelling and Simulation with different controllers

As electric vehicle has caught the attention of researcher due to its suitability for sustainable developments. In an initial stage of an electric vehicle to choose its applicable parameters and understanding its features. This paper presents the study of vehicle parameters based on simulation of electric vehicle. The steps for modelling an electric vehicle in MATLAB and Simulink. In this paper by describing the Motor Model, Battery Model, Power Model, and Regenerative System. The planned electric vehicle is simulated using Simulink, and a driving cycle was used to calculate several factors such vehicle speed, and battery state of charge. We have put the data 6000 rpm with different type of controller and getting different result graph and nickel cadmium battery used in this simulation model and used DC motor with permanent magnet to enhance the model, the many observed factors were examined also we have compared with the controller. The simulation shows the importance of the controller and the performance as per the parameter of electric vehicle All works is performed in MATLAB/Simulink environment.
