Studies show normal humans can distinguish 1 million colors, while "enchroma" individuals perceive only 1% (10,000 colors).The project automates color composition analysis and defect detection for rotary screen printed T-shirts. The thriving textile industry caters to all ages. Designs on T-shirts are essential for aesthetics. Currently, color composition and defect identification are done visually or manually.The project automates these processes by extracting printed designs using Pantone color dataset. Experts provide the designs, which are compared to printed T-shirt images. A web page allows users to upload designs and capture printed images. Errors trigger a buzzer for the printing machine operator.
