Controlling DNA Capture by Electroosmotic Flow of Oppositely Charged Nanopores

DNA sequencing technology based on nanopores has attracted wide attention in recent years, and graphene nanopore films with unique structure and properties have natural advantages in DNA sequencing. This powerful technology allows amplification-and label-free detection, which can be scaled up for high-throughput sequencing. In order to improve the efficiency of DNA sequencing in graphene nanopores, it is necessary to improve the ability of the nanopore to accurately capture DNA molecules. Here we designed a double-nanopore capture system to control the capture of DNA by a specific nanopore through positive and negative charges in the nanopore wall.
