Automation in Vehicle Tracking Through RFID & Bar Code System

Power Plants have requirement of Coal to generate Power and as per environment- law ash needs to be dump which is manual process and a lot of paperwork. To reduce manual intervention Radio frequency identity (RFID) cards and BAR Code system implemented which reduce cost of manpower, RFID to identify truck/vehicle details inside plant which is used for vehicle tracking inside plant. BAR Code is used to check quality of coal which carried by trucks in plant, and it gives coal quality standard which is called gross calorific value (GCV) (moist, ash-free). GCV abstract from coal received from vendor like Southeast coal fields Ltd to claim or protest with Coal India Ltd. We have implemented combination of all 3 technologies in one platform to check quantity quality of coal as well as in plant movement of vehicles which is real time. This shows implemented project with all loopholes filled with use of technology and reduce manpower as well as cost.
