Information and Modeling Support for the Concept of Monitoring Spatial-Sectoral Development of Regional Economy

This paper presents a formulation of tasks for developing a large-scale monitoring concept aimed at improving the quality of planning the sectoral and spatial development of regional economies. Considered approach proposes for building an information system that uses the transformation of communication strategies under various conditions involving technological infrastructure as digital entities in local markets.
