Reconfigurable Monostable Multivibrator Using Bulk-Driven Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier

The structural design of a monostable multivibrator using a reconfigurable bulk-driven current conveyor transconductance amplifier (BDCCTA) is provided in this study. To the best of the writers' knowledge, this is the first description of a monostable multivibrator that makes use of a reconfigurable BDCCTA device. The primary active component of the circuit is a single BDCCCTA which is combined with a few passive parts to create a pulse waveform that may be adjusted and is activated by an edge triggering signal. The viability of the proposed design is demonstrated through circuit modeling with the LTSpice circuit modeling program. The outcome validates the proposed design.
