Influence of Seating Depth of Permanent Magnets in Rotors with Two-Phase Magnetic Material on Mechanical Properties

One of the benefits of improving the results of standard machines is the creation of new materials that have improved properties compared to observations. One such material is a two-phase magnetic material, which is practically indispensable in the presence of unstable flows that limit the movement of the magnetic flux. The use of such material in rotors is of great importance for high productivity. This article presents a study on the strength characteristics of electric machines with internal permanent magnets with a rotor made of a two-phase magnetic material. Based on the calculation, it is shown that an increase in the proportion of the magnetic field in the rotor significantly affects the rotary machinery with two-phase magnetic amplification.
