Realization and Analysis of Data Acquisition Technology for Complex Printing Equipment

With the development of big data concept, the printing industry, as a discrete manufacturing industry, has gradually attached importance to the idea and strategy of digital and intelligent transformation of data driven enterprises. As the main production equipment in the workshop, the printing press contains a huge amount of information in its production data. Automatic acquisition and mining of the information contained in the equipment production data is of positive significance for realizing the visualization of the whole printing manufacturing process. This research takes K company’s Manroland UV8 color coating printing machine as a sample to study the data collection method of printing equipment, explore the high-value information contained in the equipment database, and analyze the application scenario of equipment data.
