Control Method of Cooling Winnowing Machine after Drying

To enhance the control level of the cooling winnowing machine after drying and ensure the consistency of the processing strength of leaf wire, a wind speed measurement system was constructed by transforming the manual damper. A digital PID control method based on process control was established and implemented using Siemens PLC. The final results indicate that this control method significantly improved the control level as evidenced by a reduction in standard deviation SD of wind speed from 1.687 to 0.0389 and average moving range from 1.903 to 0.0439.
