Design and Research of The New Intelligent Drying Device

For the problems of insufficient drying caused by the narrow drying space and unreasonable spacing of clothes in the family, this paper independently designs an adjustable drying device. The whole device adopts a drawer-type structure, and first through the bevel gear structure, the overall up and down movement is realized; Secondly, adjust the spacing of clothes through the hinge structure to make the clothes fully dry; Finally, two staggered crossbars are used to realize the flipping and drying of a large area of fabric, thus meeting the comprehensive needs of family life. It adopts GPRS_ Air202 control, with wired mode and wireless mode for intelligent control. Based on the finite element method, the static and dynamic analysis of the main components of the device was carried out to verify the feasibility of the design, and the stress results obtained were less than the allowable stress, which met the design requirements.
