Optimization Method of Guide Roller Manufacturing Resources Set for Cloud Manufacturing

Aiming at the difficulty in selecting the optimal manufacturing resources set during the collaborative manufacturing process of guide roller, this paper proposed an optimization method of guide roller manufacturing resources set. Firstly, this paper determined the manufacturing resources of guide rollers, and established an ontology-model of guide roller manufacturing resource according to the analysis of the guide roller manufacturing. Secondly, the improved K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the manufacturing resources of guide roller. Then, the extension comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the manufacturing resources of the cluster center to obtain the optimal manufacturing resources set. Finally, the experimental using guide roller manufacturing data verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
