Real-Time Health Monitoring and Management: Leveraging the Power of IoT and Machine Learning

Implementing a healthcare monitoring system based on IoT technology can effectively tackle a situation like a current epidemic. The IoT field has experienced significant growth in the healthcare industry, with wearable sensors and smartphones contributing to remote health monitoring. Machine Learning algorithms and IoT can prevent disease spread and provide accurate diagnoses, even without a physician. This study proposes a portable physiological monitoring device that monitors vitals like body heat and heart rate. The system uses remote communication and Wi-Fi modules for data storage on a server, allowing authorized individuals to access patients’ data from any connected device. This enables physicians to examine diseases from anywhere, ensuring accurate and timely disease management. The proposed system has also shown 90% average accuracy in examining diseases.
