Can Video as a Service Paradigm Lead to the Future Internet of Video Things?

This paper proposes a novel service-oriented integration paradigm for Internet of Video Things (referred to as Video as a Service), which orchestrates network slicing and utilizes multi-agent deep reinforcement learning to customize and maximize video content and infrastructure potential.
