E-commerce technologies in state purchases system of Russia

In this paper, the questions of expediency and efficiency of introduction of technologies of electronic business in systems of state purchases for Russia are considered. The analysis of the state purchases market of the Novosibirsk area and its perception of electronic technologies is carried out.
