Design and Implementation of Mini Programs that Integrate Foreign Trade English Video Learning Resources

Due to the crucial role played by the design of mini programs in foreign trade English video learning, there is a problem of concentrated and fragmented learning resources. Ordinary English video learning mini programs cannot solve the problem of learning users' cultural level. Therefore, this article proposes a design and implementation plan for foreign trade English video learning resources, and analyzes the design of video learning mini programs. Firstly, use teaching theory to evaluate learning users and divide them according to the needs of mini program design to decrease interference factors in mini program design. Then, the teaching theory designed an English video learning decrease mini program, forming a mini program design plan, and comprehensively analyzed the results of the mini program design. MATLAB simulation shows that under certain evaluation criteria, the design and implementation of a mini program for integrating foreign trade English video learning resources have been achieved, achieving multi-dimensional English video learning. The accuracy, breadth, and precise positioning of learning users are superior to typical English video learning mini programs.
