Parametric Design and Stylization of 3DMAX Indoor Architecture Model Based on Virtual Reality

Parametric and stylized architectural models are characterized by their complexity, uniqueness and practicability, making them unique in the architectural field and receiving widespread attention. With the development of virtual reality technology, virtual cities and virtual buildings have become the main research topics of virtual reality technology in the construction industry. This paper studies the parametric design and stylization of 3DMAX indoor architectural models based on virtual reality. This paper analyzes the status quo of 3DMAX in-door parametric design based on virtual reality, puts forward the problem of existing training resources in parametric training, and encourages the design to move towards a higher level of parametric design. Experimental research shows that this paper uses virtual reality technology to conduct parametric analysis on the height of window sills of buildings. It is concluded that when the height of window sills increases per floor, Lec will decrease by 1362.7KJ/$m$* with every increase of 0.1m in height of window sills. Generally speaking, although in theory the higher the window sill, the more energy-efficient it is, but the designer also needs to consider the comfort and appearance of the house, so this article recommends that the height of the window sill be designed at about 1.3 meters.
