Design and Implementation of Miniaturized Unmanned Vehicle Tire Pressure Detection System Based on MCU

To improve the safe driving performance of the car and reduce the risk of tire blowouts, this paper designs a miniaturized tire pressure detection system based on the MCU. Firstly, a direct tire pressure detection scheme is used to collect tire pressure and tire temperature data. Secondly, the hardware system mainly includes a data acquisition and transmission module, data reception and display module, a buzzer alarm module, etc. The MCU employs STM32F103 series chips, and the NRF24L01 radio frequency chip is used to realize wireless detection data transmission. Finally, the driver of the tire pressure and temperature detection module employs the successive comparison dichotomy method, which increases the efficiency of data collection. Experimental results show that the tire pressure detection system can realize the real-time detection and alarm function of the internal pressure and temperature of the tire, which can effectively prevent the car from puncturing, and further protect the life and property safety of drivers and passengers.
