Research on an Automatic Cleaning Device for Weights Based on Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology

In modern quality measurement, weights are standard measuring tools for transmitting mass values, and their quality is affected by the usage environment. Therefore, before calibration and measurement, it is necessary to clean the weights to ensure the reliability of the measurement results. At present, the laboratory generally uses anhydrous ethanol to clean weights manually, but the number of weights sent for inspection is large, the cleaning time is long, the work efficiency is low, and ethanol has certain risks. In order to solve practical work problems, this article studies a weight automatic cleaning device suitable for class F1 milligram and gram weight cleaning based on ultrasonic cleaning technology. After using this device, it is expected that the cleaning time for a set of 1mg~500g weights can be reduced by about 50%, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the operator, shorten the cleaning time, avoid environmental pollution, and improve work efficiency.
