Design of Control System for Gel Material Handling Manipulator

Gel materials have large softness and high surface tackiness, and there are problems such as difficult handling in automated production. In this paper, a set of suction cup manipulator with both blowing and suction is designed for the handling of gel materials. The main body of the manipulator is composed of three synchronous belt linear motion modules, and the end grabbing mechanism adopts a gas nozzle. This paper calculates the actual requirements of the required I/O port, and finally determines the selection of PLC as FX3U-24MT. The overall program of PLC is divided into manual control program and automatic control program, using touch screen for human-computer interaction.
