Research for the Full Array Local Dimming (FALD) LCD for Automotive Applications

The following article is reported that the numerical study on the performance of LCDs to which the local dimming function is applied. In addition, the effectiveness of a Local Boost Function for automotive application is introduced, and the required performance for Local Dimming BLU is clarified.
