A Review of the Need for Health Communities to Improve Health and Nutritional Patterns

Health is one of the greatest factors that affect the growth of an individual. In India, citizens are unaware of their health. Citizens do not know how to utilize food resources to maintain equilibrium. This leads to major issues such as malnutrition due to which thousands of human beings are dying everyday due to malnutrition all over the world, over nutrition leads to food wastage as we can see it in restaurants where food wastage is done on medium scale. Hence, we need a food resource management system where we can keep track of our daily food resources used to analyze and detect loopholes to reduce food wastage and overcome related issues such as malnutrition, etc. We do not have such a system where we can discuss our health problems with our likes due to which we have limited options to treat our illness leading to unproductive life. Especially urban cities and youth of India are highly distracted in terms of health. This paper focuses on the food management and scalability of an individual's knowledge in terms of his health. This paper presents a comprehensive review of recent advances in technology which can help to better understand the loopholes in food management and increase awareness of an individual in terms of his overall health.
