Research on ERP Decoding-based CIT Lie Detection Algorithm

Lie detection analysis is important in criminal investigation and legal trial, in order to improve the accuracy of lie prediction, this study used the Concealed information test (CIT)method, based on the Electroencephalogram (EEG) technique to decode the Event-related potential (ERP). EEG data were collected from 22 subjects to compare multiple methods in lie prediction, and the experimental results showed that the PLNet lie prediction algorithm outperformed the traditional probe prediction method and achieved accurate lie prediction with only a small amount of data used.
