Application Research of Computer Big Data System in Administrative File Collation System

In this paper, an administrative file processing system is proposed based on computer big data. The system is developed using Oracle, SQL, Delphi and other database development tools and Web browsing technology, so that the system has a clear and reasonable architecture, advanced technology, safe and reliable operation, good scalability and so on. The file management information system has realized three functions of service, management and maintenance. A multi-objective differential evolution algorithm based on elite file and reverse learning is proposed. In this algorithm, an external file is established to save the non-dominant solutions in the process of population evolution, and the convergence speed is improved. The test results show that the system can effectively solve the practical problems encountered in the archives management.
