Conversational Agent Architecture for OTT platform Confederation Consumer Hyper Personalization and Assistance

Conversational agents have a lot of potential in exploring the customer behaviour in the OTT (Over-the-top) platform content watch pattern [5]. This research paper taps that potential to provide a personalized experience for the customer. The dataset which contains the content information from various OTT platforms is used in analyzing and the analysis can be used for training the conversational agent architecture. The Meta data containing the personalization information about the consumer acts as a case study for content recommendation and suggestion. There are various parameters to make perfect suggestions based on genre, rating, mood, time of the year and so on. This also provides an integration of the OTT platforms and does a hyper-personalization of the content which lacks in today’s scenario.
