Construction of Measurement Operation Management Platform Based on Micro Service

This topic addresses the problems of excessive manual involvement, data independence and obsolete technology of the operation management platform currently used in metrology centers, and researches and builds a new digital operation management platform based on the microservice architecture system. The platform adopts the concept of hierarchical design and microservice architecture technology, and is developed based on the structure of JAVA distributed deployment. This architecture enables the platform to ensure the overall linkage and decoupling of the business at the same time, so that each business can be rapidly iterated, and realize the intelligent integration of the metrology business such as production operation monitoring, digital control of the warehouse, integrated laboratory control, and operational equipment control, thus improving the intelligence level of the operation of verification, scheduling and display, and greatly improving the efficiency of the metrology production operation.
