The Review of Smart Material Supply Chain Construction of Power Grid Enterprises in Background of Energy Internet

Under the background of energy internet, the demand for the intelligence of the supply chain of power grid enterprises is becoming higher and higher. We can fully understand the function of the material supply chain through systematically analysis of it; We use the theory and method of modular architecture to build an intelligent material supply chain. This paper firstly analyzes material supply chain management status in power grid enterprises; Secondly, it analyzes the construction requirements of the four functions of operation monitoring, resource allocation, emergency support and intelligent decision-making, and puts forward the construction plan; Finally, based on the above construction planning, the material supply support capacity of power grid enterprises will be comprehensively improved.
