Integration of an industrial control to a digital twin at the industrial level

The objective of this research work was to demonstrate the operation of a dynamic system in a virtual reality or digital twin environment at an industrial level, establishing automation with an industrial PLC control (Programmable Logic Control). The methodology used follows the development objectives of the "Serious Games", which apply physical or cyberphysical engines whose process to be virtualized or case study was under the series of physical specifications of the process of "an automated industrial plant". As a result, a mathematical model of differential equations with discrete-time response was obtained to define the dynamical system. This mathematical model was treated using the Minitab 2019 and Matlab R2015 programs, managing to demonstrate its relevance to be implemented in the cyber-physical system stage. The above was validated with the implementation of the PLC industrial control for real-time training in the digital twin at the industrial level.
