Designing an Effective Physical Security Solution for Safeguarding Small and High-Value Assets

As the usage of smartphones and other wearable devices continues to rise and becomes integral to daily activities, ensuring their security is increasingly important. This project aims to develop a cost-effective and user-friendly alarm system that adheres to cybersecurity principles and can be utilized to safeguard these devices. The alarm system employs a magnetic sensor along with an external neodymium magnet and includes a buzzer that emits a 120-decibel sound when the protected object is removed from its position. The results of the design and implementation of this alarm system are promising, and future improvements could enable it to become a valuable tool for securing small valuables.
