AST-Graph Convolution Network and LSTM Based Employees Behavioral and Emotional Reactions to Corporate Social Irresponsibility

While more evidences exist on how workers feel about their company's CSR initiatives over the past decade, much less is known about how they feel about their company's CSiR activities. CSiR is an ethical conclusion that an organization's behavior was intentional, violated a moral norm, and caused damage, as defined by deontic theory. Employees' reactions to CSiR against other stakeholders, as examined in organization-centric research, can take the form of punishment or, less frequently, compensation for the victim of the CSiR. They use a mixed-samples design with two lab investigations and one field inquiry to demonstrate the importance of moral emotions like wrath, pity, and guilt in understanding these reactions. Although pride has received a lot of attention in the micro-CSR literature, researchers found that it was not a significant factor in explaining employees' responses to CSiR. They provide a contribution to the micro-CSR field and to the current literature on CSiR by providing a denounce-theory-based conceptualization and a metric for CSiR's measurement. As part of the suggested method, it performs preprocessing, choose features, and train the model. In preprocessing, tools like stemming, lemmatization, and the elimination of stop words are used. Feature selection relies on the correlation ratio and the MI. The AST-GCN-LSTM is used to train the model. When compared to LSTM and GCN, two other models, the proposed method performs admirably.
