Design of a Spatial Heterogeneous Redundant Driver Considering the Advance and Reliability of Electronic Components

Electronic products used in space are limited by many factors in the design and production process, especially in the selection of electronic components. If all high-reliability aviation-grade electronic components are used, it is difficult to meet the advanced and miniaturization requirements of products, and if all high-performance low-end electronic components are used, it is difficult to meet the high-reliability requirements. To solve this problem, a heterogeneous redundant drive design is proposed in this paper. In accordance with the principle of "risk control", advanced electronic components are selected to ensure the driver’s high performance. In accordance with the principle of "risk avoidance", the circuit spare parts are strictly selected with high-reliability aviation-grade electronic components to ensure the reliability and availability of the driver. At the same time, this paper also makes an active exploration in the aspects of low cost and universality.
