Processes and Structure of Student Software Engineering Organization at Educational Institution

This paper presents the generic model of a student engineering organization. The model consists of the optimal structure and processes of the organization. Results of the research are based on the analysis of the experience of the creation, leading, and management of the student software engineering organization, called PNUdev, which functions at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. The model might be used for the creation of similar engineering organizations in different educational institutions and as a point of further research on the explored topic.
