Research on the Application of Computer Vision Based on Target Tracking Algorithm in the Detection System of Electrical Measuring Instruments

Vision is to use computers to simulate people's visual functions, extract information from images of objective things, process and understand them, and finally use them for actual detection, measurement and control. It is characterized by automation, objectivity, non-contact and high precision. In practical application, due to the different speed of tracking targets, the difference of shooting scenes and the number of tracking targets, the applicable detection and tracking algorithms are different, and the performance requirements of the algorithms are also different. In this paper, the application of computer vision based on target tracking algorithm in the detection system of electric measuring instrument is studied. To construct the framework of automatic identification system for electrical measuring instruments, we propose a target tracking algorithm based on multi-correlation templates, which can be tracked by mutual matching. Experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of digital electrical measuring instruments by using the target tracking algorithm based on multi-correlation templates is over 92% on average, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
