Research on the Design of Fluid Animation Simulation Based on Ant Colony Algorithm

Physics-based computer fluid animation simulation is one of the most important research directions in the field of computer graphics, and it is of great importance in film and television special effects production, game simulation, disaster simulation and other applications. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is one of the commonly used algorithms for fluid animation, and its basic idea is to imitate the behavior of ants in finding the path during the process of searching for food. The basic idea is to mimic the behavior of ants in finding paths during their search for food. The distributed collaboration and positive feedback mechanism of ant colony are used to establish the optimal path, i.e., the more ants walk on a certain path, the more pheromones will be left behind, and the more pheromones of that path will attract more ants to walk using it. In this project, we design and implement a fluid animation simulation design system based on ant colony algorithm, and use it to study the application of ant colony algorithm in fluid animation problems. The user can generate new animation algorithms by changing the parameter settings without programming, and the system dynamically loads these algorithms for simulation experiments, and presents the simulation results to the user in a systematic and comprehensive way. The results of the project have important theoretical significance and application value for fluid animation simulation design.
