Characteristic Model-Based Speed Adaptive Control Design of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor

In order to solve the problem of certain errors in the speed control method of permanent magnet brushless direct current(BLDC) motor, this paper proposes a characteristic modeling method based on vector control, and adopts an

control strategy to perform characteristic modeling on the BLDC, thus achieving closed-loop control of both speed and current loops. Based on the space vector control method, a second-order characteristic model equation of the BLDC is established. The model can accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of the BLDC. At the same time, by designing a linear golden section controller, a tracking controller and an integral differential controller, and adding an improved online parameter identification method, a current controller is formed to achieve high-precision speed and current adaptive control. The system is compared and simulated online with the traditional vector PID control system using Simulink. The simulation results show that the system has strong robustness and high control accuracy.
