Principles of Circular Economy as a Driver of Development Projects

The integration of information technologies is viewed through the lens of the circular economy principles, which encompass the creation of a comprehensive conceptual model for managing circular economy projects. This model emphasizes three levels of orgainsational management and ensures strategic sustainability. To illustrate this, we explore a business model that focuses on establishing an energy-independent agrarian-industrial complex based on circular economy principles. This model encompasses the entire infrastructure necessary for creating such a complex, utilizing a combination of hybrid project management methodologies and innovative development programs. In addition to process models, various project management methods such as the life cycle waterfall, Agile, and others are employed. Throughout the examination of the business case, the architecture and interaction schemes between the program and its dinamic environment are defined.
