Detection and Prognosis of Cancer Using State-of-the-Art Technologies: Review, Issues, and Motivation

Cancer is the most dangerous disease. It has a high death rate, is challenging to prevent, and is prone to recurrence and metastasis. A set of more than 100 distinct disorders collectively known as cancer are defined by unchecked, aberrant cell development. A mass of these cells is known as a tumor which may develop cancer in the human body. Both Cancerous and noncancerous tumors are possible. Malignant implies a cancerous tumor's potential to expand and spread to several cells in the body whereas benign cancer is a cancerous lump that can thrive, but it won't spread. This study gives a review of Cancer Informatics with various problems and for that, some objectives are concluded. In this research, some state-of-the-art technologies like Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Knowledge Discovery are included so that a better comparison can be concluded for better finding out objectives for early prediction. All these technologies are very demanding nowadays. Each is having its own advantage so with a comparison of all these techniques some objectives are framed for the evaluation of cancer and prognostic.
