Garage Door Monitoring and Control System for Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) Line

The electric garage door of the traditional metro depot does not have remote control functions, and generally requires manual operation at the local location. There are problems such as low safety and complicated operation, which can’t meet the needs of FAO line. Aiming at this problem, a garage door monitoring and control system for FAO line is designed. Its control system has three-level control mode, which can realize automatic control mode under signal interlocking, remote manual control mode under Integrated Backup Panel (IBP), and local control mode. Its priority can be switched by hardware, and each door has necessary safety protection functions. The monitoring system is a master-slave structure connected by CAN bus. The monitoring host can summarize, store and display the operation status and fault information of each garage door, so as to realize the real-time monitoring. The garage door system applied to the FAO line, can improve the level of automation and the operation efficiency, ensure the safe entry and exit of the train.
