Role of the Leader in the Anti-Crisis Management of Energy Sector Industry

Dynamic changes in the modern economic reality increase the impact of the leadership role in successfully overcoming crises. Leadership styles may be similar but an effective leader must know when and how to apply them. Although leadership styles come to most leaders by default or naturally, they must know how to use their power and authority to lead others and change and adapt to situations to avoid failure. Successful leaders skillfully adjust their style based on specific situations to guide the company to successfully overcome crises. The article presents the application of situational leadership in the anti-crisis management of companies from the energy sector and the key aspects and roles of the leader for preventing crisis situations.
