Detector Break of the Module for Registration of Multiple Leads of the Electrocardiosignal

Annotation - In this paper, a break detector of the module for registering multiple leads of an electrocardiosignal for assessing the state of the heart in conditions of free activity of the patient is considered, including a recorder of multiple leads of an electrocardiosignal in the form of a vest with electrodes, a wireless transmitter for working in third and fourth generation networks and a computing module. When registering multiple leads of the electrocardiosignal, it is necessary to make sure that the “electrode-skin” contact is of high quality. A distinctive feature of the proposed solution is to improve the quality of control of the “electrode-skin” contact when registering a signal of the electrical activity of the heart without using an additional electrically conductive contact medium by supplying an alternating signal to the patient, which provides 97% of correct responses and saves 5% of total energy consumption. In this case, differential amplifiers, each of which is connected to one corresponding electrode from a plurality of electrodes, to detect the input signal from the patient, are made with the possibility of issuing an appropriate output signal in response to the corresponding input signal. The output signal generated by the corresponding differential amplifier indicates the contact quality for the corresponding electrode.
