Integrated System of Augmented and Virtual Reality for Ruins Tourism

For ruins tourism, we employ indirect augmented reality (AR) to virtually reproduce and show the buildings of the past that do not exist now. In addition, by taking advantage of indirect AR, we develop an integrated system that seamlessly transitions the AR experience to the VR experience. We evaluated the system through an actual local government event.
