Exploring New Approaches for Resource Allocation in distributed Networks with –NOMA-

The need for energy-efficient 5G networks is driven by the rising energy consumption of the present wireless networks. In heterogeneous networks, it uses non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). In order to enhance spectrum, use at the expense of more effective resource distribution. So, in order to achieve equitable energy-efficient allocation of resources in downlink femtocell NOMA-Het Nets, this study suggests approaches for power allocation and user pairing that work well. the budget for the base station's (BS) transmits power, the user's cost of carry, and interference are taken into account throughout the suggested optimization process. During the user-pairing process, to find a minimally complicated optimal solution, It employs the Greedy Algorithm (GA). To be able to get the best power allocation solution, The non-convex fractional programming problem of the max-min energy efficiency formula is unsolvable. In order to get the best power allocation solution, The maximum minimum power efficiency of the femtohm consumers is also maximised using the max-min technique to energy efficiency improvement. The fractional programming non-convex issue that the formula for Maximum and minimum energy efficiency are unsolvable.
