Logistic and Linear Regression Classifier Based Increasing Accuracy of Non-Numerical Data for Prediction of Enhanced Employee Attrition

Nowadays attrition rate of employees in several organizations are very high. This higher attrition rate of employee depends on several factors. Logistic and linear regression classifier based increasing accuracy of non-numerical data for prediction of enhanced employee attrition is proposed in this paper.1470 samples of Employee attrition dataset have been used in this study for the categorization of Employee Attritionby Logisticas well as Linear Regression. Accuracy rate of both the approaches are compared. On the basis of accuracy rate supremacy of the Logistic regression over Linear regression is also presented in this paper.
