Do Propagating Lightwaves Contain Photons?

It seems a common doctrine that propagating lightwaves contain photons. I show with acknowledged theory and behavior of zero point fluctuations, coherent receivers, optical amplifiers, energy conservation and more that propagating lightwaves do not contain photons, or at least photons do not show up in there. This does not at all challenge concept or existence of photons in light or radiation. In relation to the wave-particle dualism of radiation and light it appears that the wave manifests during transmission and the particles manifest at emission and absorption.
