Design of High-Performance Battery Cover Flaw Detection System

We have designed and manufactured a high-performance, high-precision battery cover flaw detection system, which can automatically detect surface flaws of the battery cover and automatically separate qualified and unqualified products. In this article, we will briefly introduce the main components of this system, including the control unit, the image acquisition unit, the deep learning calculation unit, and the transport unit. Our equipment has been successfully applied to a battery cover equipment manufacturing factory. Compared with traditional manual inspection method, the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
