Survey on Chronic Kidney Disease Prediction Using ML

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a significant global health problem with a high mortality and morbidity rate that also contributes to other ailments. Since there aren’t any evident symptoms during the early stages of the condition, patients may ignore CKD. When the illness is discovered early, patients can receive quick treatment to stop the CKD from getting worse. Given their ability to accurately and quickly identify patterns, machine learning models may be able to help clinicians achieve this. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of ML algorithms in comparison to other existing machine learning approaches in order to assess a person’s propensity for CKD or not. The correlation of several methodologies included in this paper’s performances can aid to launch a subsequent study beneficial for up-and-coming analysts in the sector.
