Cardiovascular Disease Prediction Using LSTM Algorithm based On Cytokines

The modern lifestyle’s busy schedule often results in unhealthy habits that lead to anxiety and depression. To deal with stress, many people engage in harmful behaviours such as heavy smoking, drinking, and drug usage. Heart disease, cancer, and other fatal conditions may all be traced back to these bad routines. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that healthcare spending is becoming unsustainable due to the prevalence of cardiovascular disease. To address this issue, it is essential to have a fast, accurate, and early clinical assessment of the disease severity. This work proposes an effective CVD prediction approach using deep learning, which considers cytokines as an important feature for prediction. The proposed scheme is shown to provide better predictions, supporting decision-making and logistical planning in healthcare systems.
