Comparative Analysis of Covid Detection using Chest X-rays by SVM-PCA and Deep Learning Techniques

In the medical field, it is very crucial to obtain the results accurately in less amount of time. nowadays the covid cases have been increasing gradually and as a reason, the time of computations has to be decreased. In this paper, an SVM-based covid detection model on chest x-rays has been proposed with a relatively small dataset by preprocessing the images with a pooling operation and performing principal component analysis.
